Lea Salonga to judge 2011 Miss Universe pageant
Ang haba naman ng hair ni Lea Salonga! Isa lang naman sya sa mga napiling judges sa gaganaping Miss Universe Pageant 2011 to be held in Sao Paolo, Brazil on September 12.
The Tony Oliver Award-winning theater actress and Disney Legend will join other 6 judges to complete the jury to one of the most popular beauty and brain pageants in the world. Other judges are:
- Adrienne Maloof, from Bravo’s hit series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills
- Amelia Vega, Miss Universe 2003
- Connie Chung, U.S. broadcast legend
- Helios Castroneves, three-time winner of the Indianapolis 500
- Isabeli Fontana, Brazilian supermodel
- Vivica Fox, actress & television producer
Syempre, Lea could not deny the fact that she thrilled, excited, nervous and honored being chosen to judge the 60th Miss Universe Pageant.
Lea Salonga is the second Filipina to judge the prestigious Miss Universe pageant after Kuh Ledesma who also sat as one of the judges in 1991.
Shamcey Supsup is the country's representative to the Miss Universe 2011 Pageant.
